Next Paragraph was founded in 2023 by Lauren Geiger, a proud bookworm with excellent penmanship and a history of library fines. In second grade, Lauren won a limo ride to the Golden Corral Restaurant for reading so many pages. She mostly remembers the unlimited soft serve ice cream.

Now a married mom of four kids, Lauren continues to get lost in a good book (and sometimes in her minivan). She created Next Paragraph to connect with other bookish people and to celebrate the wonders of the written word.
